Hi, and thanks so much for being here! It takes courage to begin therapy, and I'm
honoured that you are considering taking this step with me. My goal is to create a safe and
supportive space where we can work together to achieve your goals.

I have experience supporting clients through a wide range of concerns including anxiety,
OCD/ obsessive thoughts, stress management, interpersonal relationship difficulties,
low self-esteem, burnout, body image/ disordered eating, life transitions, and grief. I
tailor my approach to your unique needs and strengths, drawing mainly from Cognitive
Behavioural Theory, while implementing tools from Psychodynamic Theory approaches,
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness
practices.

As a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of
Ontario, I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul
University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Carleton
University.
